Mr. Karagdag practices in the areas of United States Immigration Law and Philippine Laws. He is licensed to practice law in all the Courts of the State of California. He is also licensed to practice Immigration Law in all the States of the United States of America. He has represented clients before the Superior Courts, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the National Visa Center (NVC), the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the United States Embassy in Manila. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Mr. Karagdag is also an active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and is knowledgeable in most aspects of Philippine law. He has appeared in almost all the Courts and other judicial tribunals in the Philippines, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Trial Courts, Bureau of Immigration, Intellectual Property Office, Board of Investments, Land Registration Commission, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, Commission on Election, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Karagdag is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines (A.B. Economics) and the San Beda College of Law. He is actively involved in various civic organizations where he has served in various capacities.
