Our Firm was founded in March 2003 in Manila, Philippines. In July 2007, we established another Office in San Diego, California. Both Offices are personally managed by Atty. Rogelio Karagdag, Jr., who holds license to practice law in both the Philippines and California.

We focus on U.S. Immigration Laws, as well as on Philippine laws on Family Law, Real Property, Investment and Intellectual Property.

Atty. Karagdag is ably assisted by Ms. Cyd Barretto, who holds a degree in Office Management and is currently pursuing a degree in law. Ms. Barretto has extensive experience in para-legal work in real property, government licensing, family law, immigration law, labor law, to mention a few.

Atty. Patrick Carpio is Of Counsel to the Firm. He is a seasoned attorney with vast experience in trial and appellate practice.

Mr. Rufino Tividad, LLB, serves as consultant to the Firm on Investments, International Trade, Intellectual Rights and Corporations. He has substantial experience holding responsible positions in the private and public sectors, including the Department of Trade and Industry and the Board of Investments.
